The Wesley Music Computer Controlled Music System

Participating clients receive a specially adapted PC Desktop system, loaded with the WM operating software and music libraries, together with a remote triggering device. In most cases the system is easily connected to the crematoria's existing speaker system and commissioned by our own technicians, who will give one day's training on site.

The client decides on the musical content for their system by choosing from our extensive libraries. Clients also enjoy the opportunity to have their existing collection of CD's converted by us and installed on to the system hard drive.

Clients are able to request music not already stored on their system by contacting Wesley Music at least 48 hours (and ideally 72 hours) prior to their requirement, either by initiating the on-screen 'Request New Track' facility, by telephone or via the 'Online Music Request' form found on this website, here. Wesley Music will then deliver the requested track electronically to the client's system.

Requests for hymns and organ music will be specially recorded if not currently available in our library. Requests for any other types of music (whether by artist or song title) will, of course, depend upon their current commercial availability.

All clients enjoy software updates as released, and full technical support from Wesley Music, who give an immediate response to all enquiries and replacement of faulty equipment within 24 hours where necessary.

Payment for the service may be made monthly, quarterly or annually by cheque, credit card or BACS.
